This one uses a Script that gives the standard mouseover effect that you see generally. There are two Event Handlers, ie "onmouseover" and "onmouseout" which relates to two Function calls, namely "changeon" and "changeout".

Through these two commands, when the mouse pointer is moved over a particular "link" - the Script instructs the Browser to Change the Image. Likewise, restores the original image when the mouse is moved away.
