Terms, Disclaimer & Linking
This page actually contains information that are very important to me & to you as well. So, I would suggest, spare a few moments to read this.
Terms of Use:
Basically, I have no major "terms" as such, just a few minor conditions, instead. Plus, since every one puts in bit of a write-up on "dos & don'ts" I didn't wish to be any different! How's that for an excuse?
Now that we've taken care of the 'pleasantries', let's get down to business. Point is, this is something I enjoy doing. Therefore, I'll be more than happy if someone uses even one of these goodies!
- Whatever you see here are my own creation. It has cost me plenty of time, limited energy & some money to write these scripts, maintain this site etc. Therefore, while you are FREE to use them, you may not remove or alter the "credit" text in the Scripts.
- Please do not pass these on to any other 'Free Resources Sites' & have them published without my knowledge.
- These scripts may not be used at Adult oriented sites or those that promote hate, host illegal software etc. In other words, these scripts are to be used at sites which are generally family friendly.
Disclaimer:
Repeat visitors will probably remember I never had a "disclaimer" earlier. However, now that the number of Scripts have increased and so has the traffic, I was advised to put this disclaimer in.
I re-iterate that all these Scripts have been tried out on my PC on -
- Netscape 3 & 4
- Internet Explorer 3, 4 & 5
- As of December 2000, I have started testing the new scripts on Netscape 6 also. However it will be some time before I can complete checking (& modifying, if required) all of the older scripts for Netscape 6 compatibility.
While naturally some functions do not work on older browsers, I have not had any JavaScript error alert etc either. Nor anyone else has ever complained. Therefore, on good faith, these Scripts are being made available for FREE on "as is" basis. At the same time, I take no responsibility of any consequential trouble arising out of their use. Please consider them as Helpware only & are to be used at your own risk.

It's been mentioned elsewhere a few times, but still....
Before you contact me, please read the FAQ page. Beyond that, you can contact me, but ONLY if you need help with the Scripts posted here. Please use the form available here. Please DO NOT forget to mention the Script Number/Name for which you need help. I'll do my best to respond, but do appreciate it's a one man show - so, I may not to be able to respond to each query.
